THE IDEAL STATE BY DAVID WARED

SOUVERENITY Today's state models consist of autocratic, sometimes even dictatorial power structures on the one hand, and indirect democracies in parliamentary or presidential form on the other. Direct democracies are rare and have also limited directness, because children, for example, do not have the right to vote. But children are also part of the people, as demos is the Greek term for the people. The basic principle of a democracy lies in the sovereignty of the people over the state. Another characteristic of all democracies is the division of state power into a legislative and an executive authority.

In Western countries, democracy is also associated with a certain degree of legal certainty because their judicial institutions (judiciary) are independent of the executive.

CULTURAL HISTORY Democracies based on the current template are the result of the locally dominant cultures and religions, developed and influenced by the experiences of the past. Looking back to the classical philosophers, over the past three millennia there has never been a truly free form of government that has served the good of all people and all other beings, e.g. animals and plants.

TRULY DIRECT DEMOCRACY The state model by David Wared is the first to be based on voluntarism and the human desire for originality. It corresponds to entirely direct democracy because it attributes the same rights and the same dignity to every form of existence. No interests conflict here, it is neither culture-bound nor domination-oriented. It is completely free and thus the fulfillment of people's primal dream of Peace in the coexistence of all life on Mother Earth. This state is global in its perfection, corresponding to the United Nations. It is equipped with strong authorities that are not based on punishment, military force, and violence. In all countries there is comprehensive participation in governing and acting organs.

CONSTITUTION The basis for every government of a rule-of-law state is the constitution. However, this alone is not sufficient for a truly direct democracy; rather, this state model demands people with a unifying consciousness. The Philosophy of Light Awareness describes in detail and comprehensibly the steps on the human being’s path of cognition into their true essence and the associated responsibility. The constitution of the light-aware society fulfills all universal principles, e.g. the five eternally valid values of Peace, Freedom, Truth, Love and Unity.

PARTICIPATION OF ALL Not a nation's people of full age alone determine the fates of the world state, but its constitution promotes by all means the full participation of all beings in extended direct democracy. This explicitly includes children by birth, animals, natural beings, and our Mother Earth. They are represented in all committees and parliaments by assigned advocates.

IMPLEMENTATION This state model unites two aspects: Firstly, the structure and organization as a super element for grassroots democracy. Secondly, for the first time, it is about promoting the spiritual essence in people with regard on recognition and fulfillment. Everyone is given the opportunity to expand their personal truth beyond the individual perspective to the highest perfection through the principles of experience, discover and recognition, respectively demand, promote, and find.
The precondition for this is, on the one hand, a life without constraint, misery, and fear and, on the other hand, guidance, consulting, education, treatment, and assistance from those who have already fulfilled themselves. The mediators are available to support every citizen and every institution directly and free of charge. The mediation services are equipped, enabled, and authorized to ensure that happy solutions are always possible for all.

The ideal state of extended humanism is based on six state organs. Its center consists of the constitution and the five eternally valid values anchored in it. Additionally, there are the representatives of the animals, plants, and the earth.

There is also the independent Council of the Wise. It is consisting of people who have completed their evolution into spiritual beings. They cannot be manipulated or overruled and are available to answer any questions.

DESTINY The legislative is a parliament as a law-giving convention of freely elected representatives of the people from various regions. They are aware of the Oneness of all beings and have full responsibility for those they represent. Humans, animals, plants, and Mother Earth.
The Council of the Wise holds permanent seats in parliament and assures that legislative decisions result in more than just consensus and compromise.

It is much more about finding at least one good, preferably a happy and ideally a spiritual solution for everyone and everything. The children's parliament, see 5, also has permanent seats and is involved in all legislative projects. All decisions are completely transparent and comprehensible. This is essential in order to bring everyone from participant to shareholder and thus to their responsibility.

PROMOTE, STRENGTHEN, GUIDANCE The executive is the implementing state authority as the organ that brings the laws into effect in everyday life and performs essential tasks with the support of the state. This includes the government, all educational institutions, advisory services, mediation centers, the healthcare sector, and the administration, particularly the financial administration as the implementing authority for the free basic income. Key positions are filled according to the principle of competence and the OHR principle.

There are no control forces, so there is no army and largely no police. This is possible because the goal of state action is the happy human being in his spiritual evolution. All state organs promote this. All social committees strengthen him in this. All beings guide him there. People in their strength make it possible that it is no longer about the happiness of a nation, but about the happiness of the world as a whole.

ADVISOR The judiciary has the task of being a mediator. Criminal prosecution and enforcement are not necessary in the state for all, because the people of a light community in the light state stand up for each other and are in a unifying relationship. Once again, the Council of Wise Men and the mediators are essential institutions for this. They are responsible for ensuring that the constitution and the universal principles therein are fulfilled everywhere and at all times.

It is not a matter of lawyers finding out about justice or citizens somehow achieving justice. It is much more about bringing the universal ethos of extended humanity to life in order to produce happy solutions for all. The judiciary is an addition to the legislative and executive organs, an advisor for all. All decisions and actions of these three state organs are in harmony with the 11 basic values of the Light Awareness Philosophy.

COMPLETELY FREE Open and complete information for citizens about the working, activities and developments in all state organs is an important constitutional goal and therefore a distinct pillar of direct democracy according to David Wared.
There are no secrets. The press serves as a state-supporting organ in parliament and is therefore just as essential for the development of the Light Community as the judiciary. The journalists of the Light State are completely free, independent from print run figures, advertising revenue or interest representation.

They are committed to free communication and the civil liberties of people and all other beings.

TRANSPARENCY From a free spirit and a loving soul, they serve transparency, clarify everything, and pass on additional impulses. They expand the previous dialectic of oppositeness into the light dialectic of truthfulness from the unified origin, because they themselves have fully recognized their spiritual being.

EQUAL RIGHTS The state is for all and children are the carriers of the new generations. Dignifying and honoring children is essential to the fulfillment of a society in expanded consciousness. A light community gives its children every opportunity from the beginning to discover their inclinations and talents and to develop them according to their typology of elements so that they can find their vocation.

The impulses from the inner potential of children make a happy solution possible for everyone. Children have the same rights as adults and that is why there is an equal parliament for children and young people up to the age of 18. As pupils, children and young people receive every support for their parliamentary work, which complements their comprehensive education.

ORGAN FOR ALL In order to establish a state of Truth, Love and Unity, all committees and organs of the state are concerned with inner Freedom, inner Peace, healing, and inner recognition. Committees are educational institutions or organized meetings that any citizen, company, or organization can establish. This makes them pillars of the state, right through to legislation.

This enables all social groups to actively support the parliament and voice their concerns without detours. This means the direct and transparent participation of citizens in the fate of the light state within a very flexible and free-flowing instrument of communication. The precondition for this is dignified interaction with one another in order to give lively expression to the universal principles.

FOR THE HOME OF ALL In the light state, all beings are of equal value, equal dignity, and equal rights. In the nature and animal protection committee, the representatives speak for those among them with whom direct communication on a human level is not possible. They remind us that it must be possible for plants and animals to fulfill their duty of existence.

They are shareholders in the living environment that fully corresponds to their inner OHR principle. Wherever humans, animals and plants share the living environment, it is important to find a happy solution for everyone, under certain circumstances also through the support and guidance of mediators or through the spiritual impulse and spiritual inspiration from the council of the wise.

FOR ALL The importance of this sector of society requires the participation of all people in the economy. This committee brings together the companies, the representatives of nature, the children and others who wish to be informed. The flow of information is free and therefore enables happy solutions for all. In difficult cases, mediators or the Council of the Wise are called in.

MEANS TO A PURPOSE In the light-conscious economy, money is returned to its original purpose as a means of exchange and value. All financial institutions and banks bring money into the economic cycle in a solution- and society-oriented approach.

Through interest-free micro, small and macro loans, they promote an evolutionary and sustainable economy for the benefit of all beings and nature in accordance with extended humanity. Every economic activity is based on the fact, that matter originates from the spirit and that the spirit expresses itself through materiality.

USUFRUCT The construction of homes produces houses that last a very long time and ensure a high quality of life for their residents. This also applies to all other equipment and everyday items. This leads to the sustainable use of Mother Earth's resources. The light-conscious community is expressly in favor of diversity, but always with longevity in consideration.

WISDOM This state model is based on the awakened consciousness of all citizens. The light state offers its residents the opportunity to free themselves from personal blockades. The further healing and awareness of each individual promotes think feel actions for the benefit of all.
Only the highest education leads into wisdom! The Light State connects its citizens with the source of wisdom. All its institutions and committees have a supportive character, particularly the committee for education and relationships. Education is lifelong, free of charge without exception, possible at any time and always consciousness-raising.

This gives people ongoing prospects that guide them towards their individual potential. Since it is no longer about the interests of individuals, but always about a fair and happy solution for all, the highest level of education is essential.

BEING FREE Every human being should also have the opportunity, to live where they would like to. The committees help them to find the right location and purpose in life. With a free basic income, everyone can follow their longing. Trust in oneself and in everything else returns to connect everyone in a community of light.

ALL OPPORTUNITIES This circle brings together researchers, developers, trainers, users, and beneficiaries to create happy solutions for everyone in connection with existing and future developments of products and their manufacturing processes.

In the light state, there is no rejection of technology, but rather the promotion of all possibilities for expanding human horizons under the permanent condition of sustainability.

BE HEALING Health means more than just being free from physical discomfort. The committee of health and healing is the informative and connecting center of education, treatment, consulting, guidance, and assistance. It connects therapists, patients, and all infrastructure in this context.

Because it is about the liberation of inner blockades, the release of inner restrictions and the full responsibility for the own condition of each light state being. Light essence therapy, as an expanding, deepening, liberating, and redeeming therapy, opens all possibilities for this.

LIGHT AWARENESS The society of the awakened, the enlightened and the sympathetic is a community in spirit, in soul and in heart. As such, it is the expression of an expanded humanity in which the principle of responsibility, rather than the principle of achievement, prevails.

The Philosophy of Light Awareness is the key, the gateway and the path to the Light Community and fulfills mankind's age-old dream of Peace and Love. Peace sustains everything and creates new miracles. Love expresses everything and connects everything. This is how the world state of all beings on Mother Earth is created.
