Kiss the floor with your feet with every step.
For you go through paradise called Earth.

Infrastructure

To the benefit of all and everything

COMPLETE In a City of Peace everything serves the benefit of all. This concerns both the arrangement and architecture of the buildings and their connecting paths as well as the supply of the residents. This even applies to the recycling of the residual materials produced.

Comfort, reliability, safety and economy are just as important as sustainability, environmental compatibility, aesthetics and the efficient use of all resources provided by the planet Earth.

Transportation

Reduced noise and emissions

SILENCE A City of Peace is a city of pedestrians and cyclists. Only electrically driven purpose-built vehicles, such as the citizen bus or the shuttle vehicles for supplying the city, are permitted. For this purpose, reloading points are designated as interfaces to the inner-city transport system. In this way, traffic within the city is reduced as much as possible in terms of noise and emissions.

BARRIER FREE Only for emergencies and other unavoidable exceptions do conventionally powered vehicles have access to the city. Parking facilities outside the city are available for the private vehicles of the residents. The E-citizen bus provides the connection between the city and the multi-storey car parks, public transport stops and the surrounding area. All traffic routes are barrier-free.

BUILDINGS

Our planet earth is saved

CRADLE TO CRADLE All new buildings of a City of Peace follow the local building regulations and land-use plans in their architecture and construction method. Buildings are designed to protect the surface in order to avoid sealing the earth. In addition, they are constructed according to the latest findings in building biology and thermal insulation and are fully demountable and reusable.

Existing properties are innovated in the best possible way to a comparable level. All buildings thus offer the highest level of living comfort.

REGENERATIVE The supply of heat, electricity and water is mainly based on regenerative sources.

PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND PLACES

Spaces of encounter

OPEN DOORS Houses serving the community are open at all times. The health houses and libraries are also spaces for common ground. A building of administration is also always one of advice and accompaniment. In the city there are restaurants and cafés as well as shops for food and other daily needs.

MEDITATION Essential and characteristic of the City of Peace are the meditation houses, which are always open to everyone and in which guided or silent meditations are possible around the clock. They are preferably located in parks and are multifunctionally equipped. They can also be used as a concert hall, for example.

HEart of the city The park is cropped with many plants, features quiet zones, benches, small pavilions, water games and fireplaces.

The meditation hall and the surrounding park are centrally located within the grounds of the City of Peace. The park is located within a roundabout, from which roads branch off like leaf veins with green strips, watercourses and fountains. Street lighting is demand-oriented and energy-saving at the cutting edge of technology.

transition RooM Unique and only in the City of Peace is the building in which the accompanied ascent from corporeality into spirituality is possible. At the end of their earthly existence all experience companionship and assistance.

PLAY AND SPORTS Each City of Peace offers indoor and outdoor playgrounds and sports facilities. Like the parks, market and community squares, they are freely accessible to all.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

Comfortable and sustainable

old aND youNG Living space in the City of Peace is available in many ways. Community life is in the focus. Families from one to six generations can be accommodated in the same way as other life communities. It is also possible to be alone at home in four walls. Guests and visitors will find guesthouses and hostels for short- or long-term stays.

human aND animal Every City of Peace is also a home for animals. For all animals in need there is space on and in grace yards of the City of Peace, where they receive attention, food, care and support until the end of their life cycle.

POWER SUPPLY

Autonomous

REGENERATIVe The City of Peace is basically autonomous in its supply of heat, electricity and water, but is connected to neighbouring private and public utilities. Heat and power generation are largely based on renewable sources.

Solar power, wind power and geothermal energy are not always available to the required extent and therefore presuppose storage facilities such as pumped storage, hydrogen generators and wind power-to-gas.

ENVIRONMENT

Order - Harmony - Rhythm

one with NATURe The environment of a City of Peace expresses the Order, Harmony and Rhythm of nature. Flora and fauna are diverse, horticulture and agriculture exclusively use biological methods. Flowers bring colors into people's lives. The forests thrive freely and are spaces of intimate encounter with nature.

The waters are biotopes for the rich flora and fauna. A bathing lake specially designed for this purpose is available for the people. Areas used for agriculture are surrounded by hedges. These serve as protection against soil erosion and as breeding and shelter for birds, insects and mammals.

Gentle handling, sustainability, respect for Mother Earth and her resources
make a humane life possible
in which everyone can enjoy their life in dignity and abundance.
